New FuzziBunz Colours and GroVia Diapers

The new FuzziBunz colours are in and so CUTE!




We got our first shipment of GroVia diapers in this week and love them! Everything that wasn't *quite* perfect about the older GroBaby style has been improved. The soaker pads now have a PUL lining on the back (the fabric the outside of pockets and covers are often made of) which prevents the shells from becoming wet. The soakers now have gussets along the sides, preventing mess from spilling over the sides onto the covers. The shells themselves now have little straps to tuck the laundry tabs over, keeping them shut in the wash and preventing diaper chains!



We're expecting another shipment with more colours and snap closures in July, so stay tuned!

Busy, Busy!

So much is going on in our little shop!

We now have three types of one-size diaper in - bumGenius, GroBaby and FuzziBunz. I'm so excited, they're all so cool! My poor little boy is getting changed more often than he'd like so I can try out the new diapers and I have to say I LOVE them!

We've added a One-Size Puzzler Pack with all three for $74.95, so you can try them all out and save a bit of money too.

I'm also super excited about our trial kit! Now people can try out cloth diapers for 2 weeks to get a feel for using them and discover what brands work best without a big investment.

Why Use Cloth Diapers?

When I told my friends I was going to be using cloth diapers on my son, they were perplexed. "That's a lot of work!" or "Ew, gross!!" Were the most common responses.

But I'm stubborn, and I had set my mind to it. I scoured the internet, learning everything there was to know about cloth diapers. What they're made of, how to wash them, what kinds were available. Slowly I learned the mysterious diaper jargon, along with abbreviations like AIO, PUL and FB. I placed my first order and waited excitedly for my first "fluffy mail". When my son was 2 weeks old, I had begun to get the hang of being a Mommy and I tried them.

Turns out, using cloth diapers wasn't a lot of work at all, and the gross factor isn't any worse than that of disposables. (I mean, you have to wipe that little bum no matter what it's pooped in, right?)

So, here are the reasons I love using my cloth diapers!

• No disposables in the landfill! (and no stinky disposables in the garbage can for a week until garbage day!)
  
• His little bum is covered in fleece, bamboo, or hemp and is covered in breathable fabric
  
• We have saved a ton of money
  
• They are so super cute!
• I don't worry about running out and having to run to the store for more. Ever.
